'Refusal' is not always as bad as it sounds. Sometimes its for things as little as needing to provide a new port photo. It may also be there are things in your application that they want more information. Wait for the port to come out, the form 221g will provide more information on the reason(s) for the 'refusal' and then you can take it from there.

I just tracked my application and it says I was refused. I've never overstayed and I applied for IW. I also haven't received an email from them. I have a valid UK visa and I have also travelled to the UK. Attached is the screenshot. Any advice would be helpful.

The embassy has been moving peoples dates. Someone mentioned earlier on this forum that March dates were all cancelled/rescheduled

After the trip they helped him package his documents and applied for a visitor's visa and he got Jan 2022 as interview date. First week on January 2022 , they sent him a message that it's been postponed to March 2022. Just today he got a message that it's been postponed to November 2022. Is it possible that the embassy keeps changing the date or the travel agency is being mischievous?

What is the issue exactly?
You have a visa on your port and you're asking what to do with it?

I applied for UK visit visa October 2021. I received an email Nov. A refusal letter on the 25th of November. So I just went to collect my port. I didn't even check after getting the email. I collected the port myself at vfs global Abuja.

Fast forward, I was just going through my port today and I saw a stamped multiple entry clearance valid from 23 November 2021 to 23 may 2022. How is this even possible? The same shirt I used in capturing was in my port.

How can they issue visa on my port and send me a rejection email. Has anyone ever experienced this.

NB: I have been to the uk before. Did my masters. Left before my visa expired. That was January 2021

Did you do this through an agent or yourself?
As per your question, if your visa expired in June 2020 you will need to interview before June 2022 (2 years) and not later than then.

Yes. The US based business entity must say they will lose some income wether directly or indirectly if you are not able to travel. It doesn't mean they can just write anything, there must be proofs which was why I needed those documents i printed. I booked on Friday. Got the letter from the US company early yesterday and I applied for emergency appointment with it immediately. Within three hours, it was approved and a new appointment sent for today.

So this ing document will be your letter from the US employer justifying that it was an urgent business? Was there any other document required?
And by the way, when did you book your initial appointment and when was that for?
I want to book an EA too but i cant even get the regular appointment slot required before one can request an EA

Never mind them o. They said 3k per coloured page and they said 11 pages. I printed two DS 160. Infact, it was the second DS 160 that didn't make me leave home early. As a final preparation, I was checking this thread and I realized I needed to make sure I ed the port digitally. When I was completing the DS 160, I got a message I could go with a port so I didn't bother. When I now checked this morning, I quickly tried to complete another one. Eventually, they didn't even collect it. He helped me the port I brought along.
The remaining documents were ing documents and she asked for all of them and more. Yes, I needed them

Almost everything went wrong today. I applied for emergency appointment yesterday. Within few hours they approved it and scheduled me for today. Less than 24hrs. I thought I would print confirmation later at night. My printer packed up. left home by 6am for 9.15am appointment, everywhere was blocked. I arrived late around 9.40. When they calculated the cost of the printing they said 33k. 3k per page. I gave them 12k.
Now the interview, I was just hearing denial right left and centre. I just zero my mind. My interview took a lot of time. To God be the glory, I got the visa .I appreciate the lady VO too. She was thorough with me but still very friendly.
